Body Oil #1 is a rich blend of oils designed to soften your skin while maintaining and locking in moisture. You have your choice of either essential oil (Frankincense or Palo Santo) inside your Body Oil #1.

Palo Santo - anti-inflammatory and high in anti-oxidents

How to use: This oil was designed to support various parts of your body. Some of my favorite ways to apply are listed below, but don't limit yourself, and trust your intuition!

• 2-4 drops to your lips or cuticles (especially before bed)
• Apply a generous amount to the scalp and massage into the head and hair for 5 minutes. Let sit or wash out immediately.
• Add to your after-shower moisturizing routine. Apply your Moon Bar, or any other body-hydrating product you typically use. Then add a few drops of Body Oil #1 to your skin for a super seal of hydration. 
• Add 1 drop to fingertips or a spoolie brush and gently apply to eyebrows to support healthy hair
